说明：

• 当 external_agent_enable 为 true 且 external_agent_config.type 为 "openclaw" 时，表示对接 OpenClaw 外部智能体。
• external_agent_config.openclaw_id 为需要绑定的 OpenClaw 实例（实例需处于可用状态）
• OpenClaw 实例的创建、释放、查询、列表等管理操作通过 /aiagent/v1/openclaw/* 接口进行，详见 OpenClaw 实例管理。
